{"id":969,"date":"2018-09-10T10:14:03","date_gmt":"2018-09-10T02:14:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/reits.yieldsavvy.com\/singapore\/?p=969"},"modified":"2018-09-10T10:27:28","modified_gmt":"2018-09-10T02:27:28","slug":"singapore-reits-index-broke-out-of-triangle-week-closing-7-sep-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reits.yieldsavvy.com\/singapore\/2018\/09\/singapore-reits-index-broke-out-of-triangle-week-closing-7-sep-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Singapore REITs index broke out of triangle (Week closing 7 Sep 2018)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Singapore REITs market spent the week going down and broke out of the triangle; rate hike coming in Sep.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Technically speaking<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>$FTSE ST Real Estate Investment Trusts(FSTAS8670.IN) closed the week at 801.26.<\/li>\n<li>It broke out of the symmetrical triangle we <a href=\"https:\/\/reits.yieldsavvy.com\/singapore\/2018\/09\/singapore-reits-index-had-a-directionless-week-week-closing-31-aug-2018\/\">wrote about last week<\/a>, to the downside; a bearish sign.<\/li>\n<li>On daily chart, it formed a hammer-like candle and hanging on to dear life at the 800 support level. A break of this 800 level will suggest more downside to come.<\/li>\n<li>We are still stuck in range between support at 800 level and resistance at 820. These levels were drawn on our charts since many weeks ago.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Possible action<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Aggressive REITs investors might want to wait for the new weekly low to be formed before shopping.
